The SVP 2023 competition is now OPEN open to all students of medicine, nursing and biological sciences.
This is the 10th annual, international student essay competition focusing on rare diseases. This is an excellent opportunity for future healthcare professionals to learn about rare diseases, a field of medicine that is growing in innovation.
The winner’s essay will be published in the Orphanet Journal of Rare Diseases, they will have the opportunity to present at M4RD’s annual rare disease conference at the Royal Society of Medicine in London and receive a £300 cash prize.
Runners-up will have the opportunity to have their essay featured in BioMeds Central 'on Biology' blogs and receive £150 cash prize.
